AWAKEN YOUR SPIRITUAL WARRIOR

BC Retreats

Yet another changing season is upon us. With so much going on in our minds and in our hearts, it is necessary to rein in the energies of summer. And since hibernation is not a great idea for humans, it is my hope you find a feeling of connection and support within family and community.

With more folks working from home, the hours spent commuting can allow for more time and energy towards self care. Perhaps rekindle those nourishing practices that have been put aside. Awaken your spiritual warrior and inner wisdom by advancing your yoga with some of the offerings below:

1.      Receive a 25% Discount for 90 min of Yoga Therapy (online or in person) with Lori

2.      Read The Heart of Yoga by T.K.V. Desikachar

3.      Study The Bhagavad Gita Comes Alive online with Jeffrey Armstrong /Kavindra Rishi

4.      Join in on an in person or online yoga class

5.      Sign up for an in person or online yoga retreat

There are an abundance of “Covid blessings”. Count them! May you find a way to stay positive and thrive with your current situation. We are not all in the same boat, but some would say “we are all in the same storm”. And it’s windy.

If you think it may elicit a positive response, you can listen to a 4 min Podcast about Yoga Therapy and my perception of Body Harmony Yoga. And for the comfort and safety of those folks considering an in person session or retreat this fall, I wish to disclose that I am fully vaccinated.

Blessings as you navigate these fluctuating times.

Namaste

Lori

I humbly acknowledge that I live, learn, work and play on the unceded and traditional territory of the Coast Salish peoples.

“True yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life. Yoga is not to be performed; yoga is to be lived. Yoga doesn’t care about where you have been; yoga cares about the person you are becoming. Yoga is designed for a vast and profound purpose, and for it to be truly called yoga, its essence must be embodied.”   Aadil Palkhivala
