Nurture in Nature

It’s been an amazing summer for weather on the West Coast and life has been about as good as it gets for feeding body, mind and spirit. Even though there is temptation to hold dear the clear blue days of summer, it’s only natural that clouds will waft in and out, and then fall will proceed the winter. The seasons of the year and the seasons of life are inevitable. To move through them gracefully, I remember that the sun is always there, even if behind the clouds, and that we are being sustained by universal forces. This visualization and knowing brings a feeling of warmth, strength and connection to my own light within! Another way to practice presence with a connection to body, mind and spirit, is to occasionally retreat. I invite you to experience a retreat in community as per below, or if you prefer, through private yoga therapy (openings for in person or online). I look forward to sharing retreat energy with you!

Love & Light

I humbly acknowledge that I live, learn, work and play on the unceded and traditional territory of the Coast Salish peoples.
