Private Yoga Therapy

There are definitely aspects of yoga that can be drawn upon to facilitate healing, with or without an injury. After an intake and physical assessment, we would find a combination of yoga stretches, physical exercises and meditations to make progress. However, when chronic discomfort or pain has manifested, the process of unravelling it can take some time. Thus, it is best not to look for instant results and gratification even though you will likely feel better right away! If you are ready for self inquiry and self help to get to the root of the discomfort or pain, then you are likely a great candidate for therapeutic yoga. Please know, that Lori may also encourage the support of other health care professionals. You may contact lori@bodyharmony.ca to arrange for a Complimentary 15-minute Phone Consultation to assist in determining if yoga therapy is for you.
