Lori is accepting new clients at Urban Balance Wellness Tuesdays 10am-9pm and Saturdays 10am-3pm. ​Therapeutic yoga-based somatic therapy is an integrative practice that combines traditional yoga techniques with somatic awareness to promote healing and well-being. Hatha Yoga Classes

Listen to your intuition awhile practicing live online yoga classes with Lori and friends. These therapeutic based Hatha Flow classes are designed to improve all around flexibility, but will also bring a sense of grounding and calm to your day. Drop In for $14 for Flowing Into Fall classes until December 5th or start a new session with us January 2nd. Book a 9 Class Pass for $99 (9 classes in 13 weeks) or just drop in. Etransfer or cheque are accepted. Put the Friday class into your weekly schedule and enjoy the option to visit after class.
