Initial sessions are 90 minutes and may include a physical assessment to address postural alignment.

Are there affordable retreats near Vancouver? Body Harmony Yoga retreats at Loon Lake are offered as local staycation-style retreats, which may reduce travel costs compared to international retreats. Pricing and availability vary by retreat.

Are there small group yoga retreats in BC? Body Harmony Yoga retreats at Loon Lake are offered in a small group setting, allowing participants to practice yoga and mindfulness in a quieter, community-oriented environment. Winter Wellness with Hatha Yoga

Listen to your intuition and wisdom awhile practicing live online yoga classes with Lori and friends. These therapeutic based Hatha Flow classes are designed to improve all around flexibility, but will also bring a sense of grounding and calm to your day. Drop In for $14 for Winter Wellness Hatha Yoga Flow classes until March 20th or Play with a 9 Class Pass for $99 (9 classes in 13 weeks). Etransfer or cheque are accepted. Put the Friday class into your weekly schedule, receive the link each Thursday, set up your mat, keep your camera on or off, and enjoy the class with an option to visit after!

Are online yoga classes suitable for beginners? These online yoga classes are best suited to students who feel comfortable with basic yoga postures. While prior experience is recommended, individuals with good body awareness may also find the classes accessible.
