Just days after our Earth & Spirit ECO Retreat, a dynamic member of our Body Harmony community, Lois Nahirney, and her intuitive colleague Ginette Biro, will be hosting the Awakening the Soul Summit in Whistler May 28-30. This is a beautiful following to the intimate yoga retreat we will be experiencing at Loon Lake. The Summit is an opportunity to gather with 120+ like minded individuals to explore spirituality and expanded consciousness!
Along with the community connection in the natural beauty of Whistler, there will be multiple speakers and workshops, where participants will explore topics such as:
- Somatic, sound, light, and quantum healing practices
- Teachings on Chinese Medicine & the Five Elements
- Mediumship and cosmic channeling
- Past and alternate lives & Akashic wisdom
I will be attending this summit and have been asked to offer a grounding morning yoga practice to help integrate the teachings, and anchor the experience into the body. If you’ve attended retreats with me, practiced yoga with me, or explored yoga therapy, you already know how powerful it can be to gather in intentional space. This weekend feels like an extension of that — a wider circle, rooted in the same sincerity and curiosity, exploring different spiritual modalities.

Let your awareness and ageless wisdom guide you awhile practicing live online yoga classes with Lori and friends. These therapeutic based Hatha Flow classes are designed to improve all around flexibility, but will also bring a sense of renewal and calm to your day. Drop In for $14 for or Enjoy the 10 Class Pass for $120. Etransfer or cheque are accepted. Put the Friday class into your weekly schedule, receive the link each Thursday, set up your mat, keep your camera on or off, and enjoy the class with an option to visit after!
