These therapeutic based Hatha Flow classes are designed to improve circulation and all around flexibility, but will also bring a sense of peace and joy to your being! A new session starts January 3rd and you have the option to Book a 10 Class Pass Now for $120 or Pay Drop In the day before class (Thursday prior) for $14.
