JOURNEY TO JOYFULNESS

Simply put, joyfulness is being filled with happiness, peace, love and a sense of well-being. It is inside us all. It comes from an appreciation for the gift of life and it comes from a sense of feeling loved. But how do we get there? Especially if hardship and trauma are not strangers to us, how can we find joy through life’s challenges? Through yoga I’ve found the tools to embrace the journey and transform pain to move forward, finding pure joy in life and all the beauty that it brings. Over the course of about twenty five years, this is somewhat how it has unfolded for me…

  1. Physical Well-being and Energy Flow
  2. Stress Relief and Relaxation
  3. Mindfulness and Presence
  4. Mental Clarity and Emotional Balance
  5. Study of the Philosophical Roots of Yoga
  6. Spiritual Connection with Nature and the World Around
  7. Community and Celebration!

Obviously, such a journey cannot be depicted this cut and dry in linear point form! But generally speaking, by aligning the body, calming the mind, and nurturing the spirit, yoga helps create the conditions for lasting joy to emerge. Please find the offerings below for you and loved ones to continue your journey towards joyfulness and your best life.

Wishing you loads of peace and joy this upcoming holiday season, and always.
