Collective Healing

Intergenerational trauma is real and what is happening in the Ukraine is damaging, on so many levels. But this is not the venue to clear up perceptions about what is real or not, nor to speculate what might be unfolding with this war. What I will say is that the last two years have been a lot… for most of us. Now knowing the strength of spirit that my Ukrainian heritage has to stand up for freedom and democracy, has me so proud! We are salt of the earth, resilient people.

All the news can be heart breaking if we allow ourselves to feel helpless and suffer alone, or it can wake us up to feel, and to come together as a collective with compassion. Whether you prefer to heal on your own or turn to community to find solace and happiness, if you are still reading this, YOU are my people. And I am so appreciative of you! As long as it is healthy for me to do so, I will continue to share positive messaging, help alleviate suffering, and give students energy to move through life with more grace and ease than the day before. But please know, that we ALL share the same hopes and fears. It’s been 8 years since offering retreats, so I tread softly as I invite you to be a part of the collective in the upcoming retreats below.

May love and light prevail.
